Weird, weird, weird. It is a hot Saturday night. Sounds like I have no air conditioner, but you know like a "Hot Date"? Well, It is a hot Saturday night and here I am. We got home this evening from Palm Beach Gardens and then everyone that made the "we" "we" left. My family was not home when I got here. Of course Taylor is almost always gone or has her eyes glued to the computer on facebook, or her thumbs glued to her AT&T phone texting, so that is the same thing. Buzzy is in the Keys for the final day. And I am here alone. It is so quiet. I don't watch much TV and there isn't much on anyway, so it is OFF! YEAH!!!! I was about to keel over about 8:00, but hung on and now it is past my bedtime again. I just don't feel like I can go to bed all alone. LOL!
This made me think....have I ever lived alone? And no, I haven't. I house-sitted for a month in the summer when I was in college, but that was it. Wow, that is weird. I have either had roommates, or family living with me (or me with them) at all times. Not that that means anything, but I just came to that realization.
I talked to my hubby this evening. They caught an 8 foot shark last night!!! WOWSERS! They/We have also gotten 313 lobsters in two weeks. This is everyone in the family coming and going and hunting day after day after day. They are happy! It has been a good year! BTW, since we live in Florida, why can't we see more Florida Lobster here. I don't mean in the water, I mean in stores and such. I always see Maine Lobster. Those are the ones with the big honking claws (is that what they are called?). But the native Floridians are not like that. The Florida Keys Fishing Directory can tell you all about it.
Since I am a blogging rookie, AND it is almost midnight, I am not going to attempt to put pictures up from our adventures, but I will certainly figure this out soon, to make think gs more exciting. :-) Anyone with hot tips on this, please let me know.
Okay, now that I have blah, blah, blogged, I am off to bed. Studying tomorrow for Monday's Chemistry test. that should keep me busy while I wait for my true love to come home! And, of course, Taylor. I never quite know when she will show up.
Blessings to you all!
